Noble Coffee Roasters is a locally owned cafe that has two locations; one in Campbell Hall, NY and the other in Pine Bush, NY. Today, I went to the newly opened Pine Bush location. The atmosphere of the cafe is very welcoming, comfortable, and modern. They sell a variety of different coffees, such as but not limited to, Colombian, Turkish, Costa Rican, and Ethiopian. Although coffee is in their name, they also sell smoothies, teas, bakery items, and offer a small meal selection. I did not have time to try their food unfortunately, but I have heard it is fantastic!!

When I went to Noble Coffee Roasters today, I asked the employee to make me their favorite kind of iced coffee. The young lady working the counter was very excited to make her favorite coffee for me, after asking if I had any allergies or preferences. She made me an iced coffee with vanilla and caramel with 3 shots of espresso. It was DELICIOUS!!! Sometimes when I go to local cafes instead of a chain coffee shop, like Dunkin or Starbucks, I have to add my own sugar and half and half afterwards to make it as sweet as I like it, but not with this coffee!! It was the perfect amount of coffee and sweetness (for me lol).

I will most definitely be going back and bringing along all of my friends!! They had indoor seating, outdoor seating, fun music playing and the vibes were just simply top tier. 5/5 stars!! If you love coffee, or tea or smoothies, I would recommend making a trip to Noble Coffee Roasters in either Campbell Hall or Pine Bush!!
